We had a fantastic family stay, enjoying the luxurious spa facilities. The kids loved the inviting pool area after spending the day exploring Shrewsbury's historic sites. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel really welcome.
My children wished there was a wider selection of activities for families, especially in the evenings. A kids' club would be perfect during our stay.

Family with children recommend it for a chill weekend
We got upgraded to a junior suite! Spacious room on the top floor with a nice view of the garden and pond. Had a great dinner, the dessert was top-notch, orange and chocolate bread and butter pudding! The gym and pool were decent too, good for some family time.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the experience.

Couple seeking a decent escape
We stayed for a weekend and the hotel had beautiful grounds, perfect for relaxing with a drink in the evenings. The reception guy was impressive, really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, even helped us get a late check out.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable for what we got.
